I provide caring, affirming therapy and counseling services in Portland, Maine and statewide via Telehealth to teens, adults, and couples navigating feelings of uncertainty or stagnation—each seeking clarity, deeper connection, and a more authentic way forward. Many come overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, needing help implementing boundaries or making decisions that reflect their true values and sense of self. Whether these patterns are rooted in past trauma, relationship wounds, or persistent self-doubt, they deserve care, not judgment.

My work with clients is grounded in compassion, authentic connection, and the belief that healing is always possible. I chose the name Rosewood for my practice with intention. The Rosewood tree, known for its strength, releases the subtle scent of roses when cut open—a symbol that something unexpected and profound can emerge through vulnerability and openness. Often, it’s in those honest, open moments that possibilities emerge.
While healing lies in honoring both our strengths and vulnerability, I offer you space where both can coexist, allowing you to honor and embrace all parts of yourself to create greater emotional freedom and inner balance.
