Empowering you to be the designer of your own life through compassionate, collaborative therapy

Therapy is an invitation to connect—with your instincts and the parts of yourself that may feel lost or silenced. The space I offer is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t require fixing, but rather understanding and honoring all aspects of who you are to live fully and authentically.

I provide therapeutic support to teens, adults and couples navigating feelings of uncertainty and stagnation—each seeking clarity, deeper connection, and a more authentic way forward. Many come overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, needing help implementing boundaries or are unsure how to make decisions that reflect their true values and sense of self. Whether these patterns are rooted in past trauma, relationship wounds, or persistent self-doubt, they deserve care, not judgment.

Hello, I’m Leslie and I'm glad you're here.

My work with clients is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that healing is always possible. I chose the name Rosewood for my practice with intention—like the Rosewood tree, known for being strong, yet releases the subtle scent of roses when cut open—reflects the idea that healing can emerge through vulnerability and openness. Often, it’s in those honest, open moments that unexpected possibilities can emerge.

While healing lies in honoring both our strengths and vulnerability, I offer you space where both can coexist, allowing you to honor and embrace all parts of yourself to create greater emotional freedom and inner balance.
